Senior Womens
Our Senior Women’s program was established in 2016 under coach Peter Weston, making an immediate impact by reaching a Preliminary Final in its early years. Since then, the program has continued to grow in both strength and depth.
In 2023, Dwayne Stangherlin was appointed Senior Women’s Coach, bringing fresh energy, direction, and a strong focus on player development. His approach places equal importance on skill progression, team connection, and fostering a positive, inclusive club culture.
That hard work was rewarded in 2024, with Dwayne and the group achieving premiership success—an outstanding milestone for the program.
The program prides itself on creating an environment where players can develop their football, build strong relationships, and contribute to a united club atmosphere alongside the men’s program. With a strong foundation now in place, the club is excited about the continued growth and future success of the Senior Women’s team.
If you’re interested in joining the program in any capacity—whether as a player, coach, or volunteer—get in touch with Dwayne on 0431 065 417.
